Providing on-site or remote technical support for installation and commissioning of mainly GIS and LTB, AIS &amp; Power Quality Solutions, and routine maintenance services, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories.</li><li>Ensuring that the necessary accident prevention measures are observed, specifically, he abides by the guidelines for work on live system components.</li><li>Supervising the adherence to safety and industry acceptable practice and creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing specialist support and solutions.</li><li>Recommendation to customers for immediate and future service requirements, provide feedback to Service Sales team.</li><li>Acting as representative of the OEM during interaction with the customer and preparing the tools, equipment and parts needed for a service job and understanding the scope of the job to be performed.</li><li>Ensuring that documentation for the job is available and briefing with service manager, head of department or supervisor about the expected situation on site.</li><li>Creating service reports, time sheets &amp; delivery notes, duly signed by customer.</li><li>Acting as voice of customer back into internal engineering and quality functions.
