Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Collect, organize, and maintain compliance-related records specific to residential filtration products, including test data to support product claims or content, product packaging for registrations, safety data sheets, and other relevant documentation.</li><li>Support documentation efforts for internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with regulatory and corporate guidelines.</li><li>Monitor internal processes related to product labeling, customer documentation, and material traceability to ensure full compliance.</li><li>Collect and compile documents to support annual EPA registration filings across all 50 states and Washington, D.C., with each registration individually documented and archived by state.</li><li>Respond to standard compliance documentation requests from cross-functional teams, customers, and regulatory agencies, escalating complex matters to management as needed.</li><li>Maintain centralized access to forms, policies, SDS documents, safety protocols, and other regulatory-required content.</li><li>Assist with regulatory submissions, inspection readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives related to compliance processes.</li><li>Develop and maintain legal templates to ensure product packaging meets all compliance requirements.</li><li>Regularly update systems and databases to reflect current compliance information, including new laws, policy changes, and certification requirements (e.g., UL).</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Science, Government, or a related field preferred.</li><li> 2–4 years of experience in a compliance, administrative, research, or regulatory support role, preferably in manufacturing, consumer products, law, or government filtration-related industries.</li><li>Working knowledge of documentation and compliance practices in a manufacturing or production setting is highly desirable.</li><li>Prior experience in a regulated environment (ISO, EPA, OSHA, etc.) is a plus</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Effective oral and written communication</li><li>Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information professionally</li><li>Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team</li><li>Working knowledge of compliance databases or documentation tools is a plus</li><li>Critical thinking is a must.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
