<h1>Who you are</h1><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li>5+ years building B2B software, including 3+ YOE with React and some startup experience</li><li>BS or MS in Computer Science</li><li>Expertise with React, TypeScript, and Postgres</li><li>Owns projects end-to-end - including proactive communications and problem-solving mentality</li><li>Ambiguity is exciting and fun, not stressful, to you</li><li>Comfortable working in different styles across projects - well-defined specs on one project; open-ended product vision and building iteratively on another</li><li>Knows when to hack vs. when to polish and future-proof</li><li>Thoughtfully uses AI dev tools to increase velocity</li><li>Strong collaboration skills - low ego, clear communication, eager to work with others</li></ul><h2>Nice-to-haves</h2><ul><li>Based in PST or Bay Area</li></ul><ul><li>Experience shipping LLM/AI features</li><li>Familiarity with Vercel, Next.js, Supabase, or PixiJS</li></ul><h1>What will you work on?</h1><ol><li>End-to-end features from Figma to production</li><li>Database and schema design</li><li>LLM workflows</li><li>UI polish and refinement</li><li>Bug hunts and performance tuning</li></ol>(We’ll preview the roadmap during interviews.)
