The right person understands the core values of our culture, has experience solving people and employment-related issues, and can pivot quickly to manage shifting priorities.  The ideal candidate is adept in managing employment risk, employee fairness and business priorities. .You should be data driven and  be able to drive systemic improvements to processes  and training over time. </div><br><br><h3>In this role, you will...</h3><ul><li>Conduct ER Investigations in statutory complaints. </li><li>Manage Reasonable Accommodation process, working with management, employees, and PEx (HR). </li><li>Manage stakeholders and partners to foster collaborative relationships with HR teams and business leaders.</li><li>Manage day-to-day requests for ER support from PEx and Zoox  partners. </li><li>Assist in the implementation and maintenance of employee relations policies and procedures.</li><li>Help create and deliver HR policy training. </li><li>Assist with documentation, including maintaining complete and accurate records.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>6+ years of experience in employee relations, employment law, or HR compliance.</li><li>Working knowledge of federal, state, and local laws that govern employment laws, regulations and Zoox policies. </li><li>Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.</li><li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization and remote locations.</li><li>The ability to analyze situations, identify root causes, and develop creative solutions.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree  in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Employment Law or a related field required.</li></ul><h3>Bonus Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Experience in the transportation industry. </li><li>Familiarity with HR best practices, including employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits.</li><li>Subject matter expertise in managing an ADA reasonable accommodation process.</li><li>Leave of absence knowledge.</li><li>Masters Degree.</li></ul><br><div><b>About Zoox</b></div><div>Zoox is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market.
