The ideal candidate is a full-stack PM –  comfortable and experienced in both optimizing the user experience for conversion improvements as well as working on vendor API integrations.</span></div><br><br><h3>RESPONSIBILITIES</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute product strategies to optimize our members’ experience in the purchase and post-purchase steps of their journey. </li><li>Constantly identify opportunities to reduce friction in the order path and improve order conversion rates, and optimize average order value (AOV).</li><li>Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and partner teams to bring these strategies to life across all platforms—desktop, mobile web, and native apps.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the operations team to optimize the post-order tracking experience.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the member services team to improve automated self-service capabilities.</li><li>Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision-making, test hypotheses, and execute A/B testing to enhance the member experience.
