<div><b>Job Summary:</b></div><div>At Fluence Energy, demand for our energy storage solutions has never been stronger, and so is our need for talented people to join our team.  Currently we are looking for qualified candidates to fill our Logistics Analyst positions.  In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the company's logistics network. </div><div><br></div><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b></div><div>-Support in releasing all the logistics documents for all the three regions and all the mode of transportations </div><div>-Release the logistics PO in SAP HANA S4 Environmental</div><div>-Release the STO and perform warehouse management activity in SAP HANA S4 Environmental</div><div>-Perform logistics invoice accounting and reconciliation in SAP HANA S4 Environmental</div><div>-Contribute with other Fluence teams as regional subject matter expert for operational logistics best practices</div><div>-Work cross-functionally across Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Project Management, Sales, Finance, and other teams to deliver on Fluence strategy in a deliberate way that maximizes the customer outcomes.</div><div>-Support regional warehousing strategy</div><div>-Manage and coordinate all inbound and outbound logistics activities, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and inventory management.</div><div>-Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.</div><div>-Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards related to transportation, warehousing, and distribution.</div><div>-Provide timely information to Project Management team of any supplier or procurement activity that impacts the project either realizing opportunity or indicating a potential risk.</div><div>-Prepare and maintain up-to-date Shipping schedules for Project and ensure correct documentation is secured for import processing.</div><div>-Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate logistics performance and strategic initiatives. And attend to various collaborations calls with various stakeholders.</div><div>-Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Qualifications </b></div><div>- +5-year subject matter experience in logistics management preferably in the transportation or distribution industry, experience in project logistics is a plus</div><div>-Experience in working with SAP HANA S4 tool (complete E2E logistics modules)</div><div>-Experience in the field of dangerous goods handling and shipping</div><div>-Self-motivated; able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to requests, as well as collaborating with others to utilize resources and knowledge of others in identifying quality solutions</div><div>-Deal with volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity</div><div>-Enjoy working in an international, fast-pace and dynamic environment</div><div>-Communicate fluently in English </div><div>-Proven track record of successfully managing complex logistics operations and driving process improvements.</div><div>-Knowledge of customs, FTA policies, export incentives, re-exportation requirement is desirable.</div><div>-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.</div><div>-Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</div><div>-Familiarity with international Shipping and Customs regulations and customs procedures desirable</div><div>-Knowledge on Navisphere tools (TMC) would be an advantage </div><div>-Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).</div><div>-Familiarity with international logistics and import/export regulations.</div><div>-Experience with lean or Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.</div><div>-Advanced proficiency in data analysis with Microsoft tools, (Excel, word, PowerPoint etc..)</div><div><br></div><div>Role – On Site </div><div><br></div><br><br><br>
