This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives under pressure, and brings a proactive, collaborative mindset. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior operations leaders and gain exposure to large-scale vehicle manufacturing processes. You Will: <ul><li>Provide direct administrative support to the VP of Manufacturing and Sr. Director of Vehicle Assembly, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and preparation of documents and presentations. </li></ul><ul><li>Serve as backup and overflow support for other Executive Assistants, ensuring seamless coverage across the operations team during absences or high-demand periods. </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate logistics for operations and plant-level meetings, internal events, and executive visits, including agendas, space booking, catering, and technology setup. </li></ul><ul><li>Prepare and submit expense reports, track purchase orders, and support departmental budget and invoice reconciliation activities. </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain organized and accessible filing systems (both digital and physical) for operational records, documentation, and reporting. </li></ul><ul><li>Assist with the development and formatting of reports, dashboards, and presentations; support data collection and tracking of KPIs in collaboration with operations teams. </li></ul><ul><li>Help track key project timelines and deliverables across manufacturing and assembly teams, ensuring accountability and on-time execution. </li></ul><ul><li>Act as a liaison with internal departments, contractors, and external vendors to support communication and coordination across the organization. </li></ul><ul><li>Recommend and implement administrative process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. </li></ul><ul><li>Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive business and personnel information. </li></ul>You Have: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; background in operations, manufacturing, or industrial environment preferred. </li></ul><ul><li>2–3 years of administrative or executive support experience, ideally within an operations or production setting. </li></ul><ul><li>Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. </li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with manufacturing or ERP systems a plus. </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of professionalism. </li></ul><ul><li>A proactive, self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities. </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work independently while also being a dependable team player. </li></ul><ul><li>High level of discretion and professionalism in dealing with confidential information. </li></ul><ul><li>Comfortable in a manufacturing plant environment with strong adaptability and situational awareness. </li></ul><div> </div><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
