We're looking for a Branch Service Sales Manager  to lead the day-to-day sales and revenue generation of our Bellflower, CA Sales &amp; Service office. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving service and construction revenue, growing a sustainable backlog, and maintaining accountability to monthly and annual gross margin goals. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, streamline sales-to-operations workflows, and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture as you drive InCharge’s growth across Southern California—focused on Los Angeles, Riverside, Orange, and southwest San Bernardino Counties.What You’ll Do <ul><li>Develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth across service, maintenance, NFPA-70e work, and electrical construction projects, including:  Battery Energy Storage (BESS), Solar, HVAC Equipment Electrical Installations, Process and Manufacturing Equipment Electrical installations, EV Chargers, Lighting, and Small Tenant Improvements (TIs)</li><li>Collaborate on day-to-day operations of the Bellflower office in regards to sales, pricing, estimates and add on work for service tickets</li><li>Maintain constant communication with management, team members, vendors, and partners to ensure sales growth and customer satisfaction </li><li>Support and grow the field services, engineer and project teams through process improvement and quality assurance for customer contracts</li><li>Be a contributor and manage estimators and sales personnel including performance management, development plans, and hiring as needed </li><li>Track key operational KPIs, including backlog health, job costing, margin, and customer satisfaction </li><li>Conduct monthly sales and revenue reviews and report on office performance to senior leadership </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering to ensure compliance and execution </li><li>Manage general conditions including inventory, materials, environmental controls, and field logistics </li><li>Lead budget development, forecasting, and resource planning for the office </li></ul>Your Experience &amp; Capabilities <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, operations management, engineering, or equivalent work experience </li><li>5-7+ years of experience in account development, construction project management, or maintenance sales </li><li>Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams </li><li>Strong business acumen with experience in P&amp;L ownership and financial reporting </li><li>Excellent delegation and team-building skills with a hands-on leadership style </li><li>Conflict resolution and business negotiation expertise </li><li>Proficiency in general business software with an aptitude for adopting new platforms </li><li>Strong working knowledge of electrical construction, third-party electrical testing, or electrical service work (preferred) </li><li>Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools (preferred) </li><li>Experience communicating across diverse cultural backgrounds and operational functions </li></ul><div><div><div>US Salary Range</div><div>$130,000—$150,000 USD</div></div></div><div>What We OfferFull-time employees enjoy competitive compensation, yearly bonuses, and benefits package including 401(k) matching contribution, health, dental, and vision, cell phone reimbursement, generous vacation, office meals and snacks, team building events and activities throughout the year. Equal Opportunity EmployerEmployment at InCharge Energy is based solely upon individual merit and qualifications directly related to professional competence.
