However, Relectrify proudly has a flexible culture and supports adjusted working hours and work-from-home days in agreement with your manager.Team background: Working closely with internal teams, the Hardware team develops power electronics systems per our technology roadmap to help achieve Relectrify's mission of engineering the future of battery energy storage.Who we’re looking for: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer who has experience designing BESS products.   The ideal candidate is comfortable designing the electrical layout of BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) products with particular attention to compliance and site installation compatibility.  You will be familiar with 3-phase mains voltage equipment and have experience in selecting equipment such as circuit breakers, automatic disconnect devices, CTs, and other electrical equipment used in these products.  You will be comfortable taking the lead to design the required electrical solutions and working collaboratively with other design engineers on the core BESS elements. You will also be capable of playing a key role in the design and build of our internal microgrids and test environments, including 3-phase loads and PV inputs.
