Successful hires will contribute to a wide variety of legal, contractual, and operational matters. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing shifting priorities in a dynamic, collaborative environment.Responsibilities<ul style=""><li>Assist with contract management and execution</li><li>Maintaining corporate records</li><li>Own entity management matters, including state and local license applications and upkeep</li><li>Collaborate with the Legal and Equity teams to support stock plan administration, including approval and tracking of equity awards</li><li>Maintain compliance calendars and ensure all key deadlines are met</li><li>Help coordinate legal operations across multiple functions of the company</li></ul>Qualifications<ul style=""><li>5+ years of paralegal experience, with at least two years of public company corporate governance or securities experience working in house at a public company or law firm</li><li>You have a Bachelor's Degree and a paralegal certificate (or equivalent experience) required</li></ul>What Makes You Standout<ul style=""><li>Experience with legal operations, including CLM software, is preferred</li><li>Willingness to take on a broad range of tasks is essential</li></ul>
