About the Venture Deutsche Sanierungsberatung (dsb) is one of Germany’s fastest-growing energy technology companies, delivering end-to-end solutions to upgrade and decarbonise residential buildings. Since launching in 2024, they’ve served over 3,000 customers and built a scalable platform that is transforming a multi-billion-euro market. They are now launching a new business unit designed to complement the existing portfolio and unlock major growth opportunities. This is a rare chance to build and lead a business inside a high-growth venture – backed by proven resources, strong market access, and a trusted brand. About the RoleThis is not a “shadow-the-founders” role - it’s your mandate to operate as the founder of your own unit.
