Our team consists of people in Sales, Tech and Operations, with the Engineering &amp; Product department currently 20 people, as we continue to grow throughout the year. Role description As a Lead Fullstack Engineer, you will be part of a small squad working on specific product and segment features. You'll be responsible for managing a cross functional team of individuals, mostly made up of Software Engineers but also including a Product Manager and Product Designer.  As the company expands its operations to other renewable energy sources, you’ll work on a planning tool for outlets such as heat pumps, solar and more. Before the end of the year, you will help polish and fine tune our web-based product, with the goal to then contribute towards building a brand new app from scratch, which will serve our customers and expand how the product will be utilised by our multidisciplinary customer base.  As a Lead within the team, you will be expected to authorise independent initiatives separate of C-suite. This means being someone who leads by example when it comes to having high standards, whilst also being a manager that can continue to be hands on and contribute to our code base on a consistent basis.  Ultimately you must be someone who has a product mindset, understanding what is needed to simply make things work. Other responsibilities will include: <ul><li>Creating Frontend applications in React</li><li>Focusing on flawless Frontend designs and UI</li><li>Interacting with the Design team to improve UX</li><li>Be hands-on in designing, coding and testing cycles for both existing and new features</li><li>Develop B2B SaaS applications</li><li>Have a high level of responsibility to turn ideas into performant and reliable code</li><li>Conduct peer reviews</li><li>Manage 1-1s and weeklies with the team</li><li>Lead independent, full cycle roadmaps  </li></ul>From an Engineering perspective, the role is Fullstack with a 80/20 split between Frontend &amp; Backend. You can expect management to consume 30% of your overall time.
