<div>Job Type</div><div>Full-time</div><p>    </p><p>We are a medium-sized Commercial/Residential Landscape Supply, Land Clearing, and Container Rental company with three retail yard locations and a fleet of 50 commercial dump trucks and trailers. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Full-Time Account Receivable to join our team at our main office in Mill Creek.</p><p><br></p><p>Work Hours:</p><p>Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, with a 1/2 hour lunch. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Review and approve customer credit applications.</li><li>Prepare customer invoices from daily work tickets.</li><li>Communicate daily with managers regarding quoted projects and proper ticketing for invoicing.</li><li>Enter payment receipts, process credit card and electronic payments, and apply to open invoices.</li><li>Run monthly statements and generate sales reports for managers.</li><li>Work directly with customers on account management and collection of past-due invoices.</li><li>Assist with accounts receivable duties as assigned.</li><li>Handle job contracts, proposals, quotes, and agreements.</li><li>Facilitate lien and release processes for projects.</li><li>Prepare daily bank deposits.</li><li>Manage windshield claims.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits (After 90 Days of Employment)</strong></p><ul><li>Employer-sponsored medical, dental, and vision insurance.</li><li>Paid time off.</li><li>Holiday pay.</li><li>401(k) plan available after 1year of full-time employment with a company match up to 2%.</li></ul><p>  </p><p><br></p><p>Requirements</p><p> <strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.</li><li>Data entry and bookkeeping experience.  </li><li>Accounting experience.</li><li>Experience in the construction industry is a plus.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Invoicing Experience</li><li>Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed in a small office setting.</li></ul><div>Salary Description</div><div>30.00-33.50/HR</div>
