This hands-on position is perfect for someone with a strong technical background who thrives on solving problems, improving efficiency, and ensuring a safe and productive workplace.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform direct maintenance, repairs, and installation of equipment in production and warehouse facilities.</li><li>Assist in designing, quoting, and executing facility improvement projects.</li><li>Help develop long-term facility layout and equipment plans to maximize efficiency and capacity.</li><li>Maintain the Equipment Information and Maintenance Log.</li><li>Report unsafe or hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Keep tools and repair equipment organized and in top condition.</li><li>Travel (5%) to other GEA facilities to support hygiene and microsite operations.</li><li>Adhere to all company policies and procedures.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by management.</li></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsQualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required; electrician’s license required.</li><li>2+ years’ experience performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in an industrial environment, or HVAC/plumbing/electrical system installation.</li><li>Proficient in installing and repairing pumps, meters, valves, and motor control circuits (single and 3-phase).</li><li>Strong vendor communication skills, including obtaining project quotes and managing repair parts inventory.</li><li>Working knowledge of HVAC, air compressors, plumbing, and basic carpentry.</li><li>Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email).</li><li>Safety-conscious with excellent problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>Why Join Us?
