The role is multi-faceted, working collaboratively with teams such as Sales, Trading, Execution Consulting Product, Technology and Support to consult with our Members to solve their needs by designing market leading and differentiated algorithmic trading strategies, quantitative models and thought leadership. The ideal candidate combines deep market expertise, strong quantitative skills, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a dynamic, front-office trading environment.Role Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead a team of quantitative strategists focused on designing market leading, high performing, and differentiated algorithmic trading strategies, quantitative models and thought leadership pieces.</li><li>Coordinate with regional quantitative strategies leads to own roadmap for model development and ensure alignment with business needs, product roadmap, trading goals, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Implement disciplined design and research process with alignment, transparency and accountability to increase throughput and ROI of quant team efforts.
