You may also focus on products produced in one assembly, primary operation, and/or functional factory area.<h2>YOUR IMPACT</h2><ul><li>Ensures supplier development activities and processes are implemented to support Enterprise Supply Management initiatives and/or activities</li><li>Performs administrative duties related to performance management, resource planning, training and development of suppliers</li><li>Focuses on the supply management sub-processes to ensure an uninterrupted supply of material, adherence to quality expectations and cost-reduction goals to support operations as well as introduction of new products. Monitors and executes inventory project plans to achieve inventory/asset management and material flow goals</li><li>May participate or help to define larger projects or lead larger projects to meet Division or Enterprise business objectives</li></ul><h2>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>8-plus years of experience in specific areas of Supply Management such as: supplier integration, strategic supply management, supplier development, module supply management, scheduling, forecasting, logistics, etc.</li><li>Ability to travel up to 50%</li></ul><h2>STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering</li><li>Project Management Professional Certification</li><li>Understanding of operations</li><li>Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution</li><li>Understanding of fundamental business principles and practices</li><li>Knowledge and application of Supply Management Processes and tools</li><li>Cross functional work experience in multiple major areas such as: accounting, product engineering, quality, manufacturing operations, warehousing and/or distribution, production employee supervision, supply management, marketing, human resources, industrial engineering, etc</li></ul>Pay Range:$91,800.00 - $153,200.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
