This includes the building of a project execution plan that identifies risks and opportunities. • Keep internal and external stakeholders informed of project activities and deliverables, will flag unanticipated risks quickly to ensure appropriate risk mitigation strategies are implemented. This includes building and maintaining a strong relationship with stakeholders. • Coordinate all factory visits as needed; including but not limited to in person testing, and in person or third-party inspections. • Facilitate project kickoff meetings with critical stakeholders ensuring adequate representation from business development, subject matter experts, field delivery personnel to review customer requirements. • Accountable for executing contract terms and implementing change orders as required. • Adhere to Xylem's Project Management Policy, processes, and procedures. • Provide technical support to customers, end-users, and internal departments. • Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company requirements. • Provide steady leadership support in the face of uncertainty, change, and aggressive deadlines. • Clarify, identify, and track requirement, decisions, and issues, remove barriers, resolve minor project issues, and escalate as appropriate. This would include organizing cross-functional meetings that foster teamwork, drive escalation and resolution of issues.
