The incumbent will also work with the SBS organization and the business/functional areas to establish and implement automation goals and deployment plans in each area. The role is global and is required to work effectively in a variety of multi-cultural situations. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESThis position is accountable for the following end results:<ul><li>Development, implementation and maintenance of Technology Enablement Tool support processes including training documentation, testing methodology, etc.</li><li>Develop, configure and support electronic procurement tools</li><li>Contribute and participate in project development for finding improved technology opportunities</li><li> Assuring Power User Networks across SBS Process Streams have the capabilities required to support the tools deployed to their areas.</li><li>Providing Level 2 support to Power User Network, Business Areas, Functions and suppliers including problem analysis and incident management.</li><li>Analyzing (cost/benefit) and coordinating the implementation of e-connections solutions. Responsible for client interface, field/process mapping and IT project coordination.</li><li>Collaborate with Internal Business Partners on catalog requirements</li><li>Collaborate with DT resources for creation of Procurement catalogs. Coordinate and complete testing.</li><li>Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for our internal User population and external Suppliers.</li><li>Reporting support KPI’s for the Technology Enablement tools portfolio.</li><li>Grow technology enablement to meet regional goals and objectives</li><li>Measure and report progress toward achievement of deployment goals</li><li>Develop and implement global support processes for process automation tools.</li><li>Customize and deliver training programs for process automation and tools</li><li>Back up and support the Technology Enablement Purchasing Tool Lead responsibilities.</li></ul>                                                                                                                      MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>BS Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or Business.</li><li>5+ years of business/operations experience in a related field.</li><li>3+ years of procurement operations experience.</li><li>Advanced skills in SAP Ariba &amp; SRM.
