Requires close collaboration with peers across Connecticut, Maine, and New York and other groups, particularly Electric and Gas Operations and Operational Smart Grids (e.g., Control Systems &amp; Automation, Smart Metering, Infrastructure &amp; Compliance, and Telecommunications).Responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for supporting budget tracking and development, forecasts, variances, benefit-cost analysis, and procurement from the business side (e.g., prepare purchase requests and purchase orders; processes receipts, accruals, and invoices as part of the purchasing process).</li><li>Supports the development and implementation of technical project scope, schedule, design, execution, and transition to operations.</li><li>Evaluates regulatory filings to ensure project compliance.</li><li>Collaborates across all areas of the organization including Customer Service, IT, Control, Gas and Electric Operations, Regulatory, and Operational Smart Grids.</li><li>Implements change management with the goal of improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience preferred.</li><li>Experience leading technical cross-functional teams preferred.</li><li>Knowledge and experience navigating procurement processes, including the development of RFPs, contract requirements, and Statements of Work with milestones required.</li><li>Experience with financial budgeting, forecasting, tracking, invoicing, and payment and accrual processes required.</li><li>Experience using project management software (e.g., MS Project.
