The Project Accounting Manager will report to VP of Finance. Essential Responsibilities: <ul style='\"margin-bottom:' margin-top:> <li style='\"margin:' line-height: font-size: font-family: calibri sans-serif>Manage the financial tracking and reporting for all active projects.</li> <li style='\"margin:' line-height: font-size: font-family: calibri sans-serif>Develop, implement, and maintain project accounting systems, procedures, and controls.</li> <li style='\"margin:' line-height: font-size: font-family: calibri sans-serif>Track project costs, milestone payments, change orders, and capital expenditures.</li> <li style='\"margin:' line-height: font-size: font-family: calibri sans-serif>Collaborate with project development, engineering, construction, and legal teams to support financial oversight of active and pipeline projects.</li> <li style='\"margin:' line-height: font-size: font-family: calibri sans-serif>Support project financing efforts, including data and documentation for tax equity and debt financing. </li> <li style='\"margin:' line-height: font-size: font-family: calibri sans-serif>Prepare and present project-level financial reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders. </li> <li style='\"margin:' line-height: font-size: font-family: calibri sans-serif>Assist and support due diligence and annual financial statements audits. </li> <li style='\"margin:' line-height: font-size: font-family: calibri sans-serif>Prepare ad-hoc requests for VP of Finance and CFO.</li> </ul> Qualifications/Requirements: <ul style='\"margin-bottom:' margin-top:> <li style='\"margin:' line-height: font-size: font-family: calibri sans-serif>Bachelor’s degree in accounting. </li> <li style='\"margin:' line-height: font-size: font-family: calibri sans-serif><a name="%5C%22_Hlk517781599%5C%22"></a>Experience in project accounting, with experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or construction. </li> </ul> Skills: <ul style='\"margin-top:' margin-bottom:> <li style='\"margin:' line-height: normal font-size: font-family: calibri sans-serif>Strong knowledge of GAAP, project accounting, and project financing.</li> <li style='\"margin:' line-height: normal font-size: font-family: calibri sans-serif>Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite). </li> <li style='\"margin:' line-height: normal font-size: font-family: calibri sans-serif>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li> <li style='\"margin:' line-height: font-size: font-family: calibri sans-serif>Advanced Excel skills; experience with project modeling tools is a plus.</li> <li style='\"margin:' line-height: font-size: font-family: calibri sans-serif>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. </li> <li style='\"margin:' line-height: font-size: font-family: calibri sans-serif>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> </ul> Additional Eligibility Requirement DSD will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
