You will build partnerships with hiring managers to achieve our hiring goals and will actively contribute to creating an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. This is a 6 month contract position to support our immediate hiring needs with the potential to convert to full-time status. This is a hybrid role working 4 days onsite at our San Jose, CA office.  Roles &amp; Responsibilities <ul><li>Identify, source and engage top talent into the industrial renewable energy sector </li><li>Work directly with hiring managers to define technical job requirements and calibrate candidate profiles</li><li>Source candidates using various methods including targeted search, social media, professional networks and referrals</li><li>Conduct and orchestrate structured interviews to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with our mission and core values</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interviewers</li><li>Deliver excellent candidate experiences from initial contact to onboarding through clear, responsive and empathetic communication </li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and search data in Greenhouse</li><li>Develop and negotiate offers with candidates, clarifying topics like compensation, benefits and other incentives</li><li>Initiate background checks and all required pre-employment activities</li></ul> Key Qualifications <ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter</li><li>Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical terminology related to mechanical, electrical, and other related industrial hardware engineering disciplines</li><li>Excellent sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to build relationships with passive candidates</li><li>Strong knowledge of recruiting practices and full-cycle recruiting stages, including onboarding</li><li>Knowledge of employment laws and regulations</li><li>Proficiency using Greenhouse or another ATS</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple and changing priorities in a fast paced environment</li><li>Passion for Clean Technology</li><li>Experience recruiting in early to mid-stage companies with lean resources </li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li></ul>  Work Location:  Onsite - San Jose, CASalary Range:  $75/hr - $90/hr USDSalary Basis:  Hourly Please note that the salary range listed above reflects Antora Energy's estimated pay for this position.
