This position is required to work on-site 5 days a week.</p></div><h2><strong>What we do: </strong></h2><p>The Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for the project management of technical projects with cross-functional teams as well as projects within Verticals. This position requires a professional with expertise in delivering the highest quality products on schedule, within budget. The position works alongside the Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, Manufacturing Leadership, Department Managers and/or fellow TPMs to drive the integration &amp; development of complex Air Vehicle hardware &amp; software, on cost and schedule. An ideal candidate is an action-oriented team player and exhibits a can-do attitude who approaches their work with vigor and determination.  </p><h2><strong>What you can do:</strong></h2><ul><li>Collaborate across assigned project team to develop recommendations, maintain the budget, schedule, resources, and product development activities to IPT Leads, Manufacturing Leadership and/or Department Managers</li><li>Work collaboratively with stakeholders on all stages of the project: requirements &amp; concept development, engineering integration &amp; design, manufacturing, testing, qualification, certification &amp; transition to production</li><li>Support Supply Chain with management of external suppliers</li><li>Set goals, track deliverables, identify risk and drive mitigation across all stages of the project</li><li>Identify and escalate issues and help needed working across the team to identify potential solutions</li><li>Support development of resource requirements and highlight gaps across various stages for all projects</li><li>Own metrics and report-outs, highlighting status, risks, mitigation, and opportunities across all levels of management</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><h2><strong>What you can contribute:</strong></h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, Mechanical, Systems or Software Engineering or related field required; Master’s degree in systems engineering Program Management or related field preferred</li><li>A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a technical program/project management role (an equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered for this role)</li></ul><h2><strong>You may also be able to contribute:</strong></h2><ul><li>Experience in product development &amp; qualification</li><li>Experience with Product Life-cycle Management, and Configuration Management</li><li>Experience with MS Project, Doors, Jira and/or other project management tools</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills</li><li>Ability to work cross‐functionally</li><li>Proactive delivery of communication and follow up</li><li>Must have the ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints</li><li>Self-motivated and forward-thinking personality</li><li>Proficiency with Excel VLOOKUP, pivot tables, MS Office Suite</li></ul><p> </p><div></div><div></div><div><div><div><p>Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
