This system includes high-power electronics, thermal components, and electromechanical integration. You'll work closely with CMs, test engineering, and product design teams to scale cost-effective, high-yield processes. Responsibilities Will Include: <ul><li>Define manufacturing process flows, build station-level process documentation, and create tooling and fixture requirements for product assembly and test</li><li>Partner with CMs to bring up new lines, run capacity models, and validate takt times, throughput, and line balance</li><li>Troubleshoot issues on the line and drive corrective actions for yield, first-pass success rate, and build quality</li><li>Own DFM and DFT efforts, providing clear, actionable feedback to engineering</li><li>Collaborate with quality and test engineering to ensure process stability, traceability, and defect containment</li><li>Analyze production data and develop dashboards to identify trends, bottlenecks, and cost-reduction opportunities</li><li>Develop ramp plans and execution tracking for NPI and scale transitions</li></ul>Desired Qualifications: <ul><li>B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related)</li><li>3+ years of experience in production support or NPI for high-power electronics or electro-mechanical assemblies</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of SMT, reflow, box build, mechanical assembly, and HV safety processes</li><li>Ability to write and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training document</li><li>Experience working with CMs on high-volume production environments</li><li>Familiarity with MES systems, Python/SQL for data extraction, or Lean Six Sigma certification</li></ul>Physical Requirements:  <ul><li>Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards</li><li>Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards </li></ul>Working Conditions:  <ul><li>Environment, such as office or outdoors</li><li>Ability to work in challenging working conditions which may include exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and temperature extremes, while protected by PPE, for extended periods of time</li><li>Essential physical requirements, such as climbing, standing, stooping, or typing</li><li>Occasional work weekends, nights, or be on-call as a regular part of the job</li><li>Occasional travel requirements</li></ul><div><div><div>In accordance with California pay transparency laws, the salary range for this position is listed below.
