You will work hard alongside our business development and engineering teams to translate customer needs into actionable, executable plans. Responsibilities Will Include: <ul><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Build sales tools and processes for external and internal use </li></ul><ul><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Model configuration tradeoffs with customers and colleagues to optimize value (layout, energy density, performance modeling, distribution, etc.) </li></ul><ul><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Produce early concept design, block diagrams, and preliminary layouts to support sales  </li></ul><ul><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Support RFP responses, pricing development, and incentive eligibility strategy. </li></ul><ul><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Utilize your existing networks to drive inbound interest to our business  </li></ul>Desired Qualifications: <ul><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field. </li></ul><ul><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">5+ years of experience in BESS, utility-scale solar, or grid-connected energy systems </li></ul><ul><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Proven success working directly with customers to scope, price, close and execute on complex projects. </li></ul><ul><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Deep understanding of BESS techno-economics including degradation, augmentation, warranties, performance guarantees, availability, cost drivers, etc. </li></ul><ul><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Strong experience with developing tools in Python, Excel, R, etc. </li></ul><ul><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Strong experience with developing concepts and SLDs in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, etc.  </li></ul><ul><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Experience with NFPA, UL, and product certifications required to sell to a variety of customers across the United States </li></ul><ul><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Experience with front of and behind the meter value drivers across the United States </li></ul><ul><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Excellent communication and documentation to ensure efforts can scale with time. </li></ul><ul><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Our business is dynamic - you’ll need to be comfortable in a startup environment.
