With your experience and knowledge of processes and accounting systems, you are a great asset to our team.Your responsibilities as an Accounts Payable Accountant initially include:<ul><li>Process purchase invoices (PO and non PO) in an accurate and timely manner; </li><li>Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Construction Management, Operations, IT) or suppliers  to resolve discrepancies;</li><li>Process daily bank statements and perform monthly reviews of the accounts payable aging report;</li><li>Maintain the accuracy of vendor master data;</li><li>Assist in maintaining organized financial records, including sales invoices and accounts receivable documentation;</li><li>Actively participate in process improvement projects and system implementations;</li><li>Support the accounting team with month-end closing activities, VAT return preparation, and documentation for the annual audit;</li><li>Perform other ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned.</li></ul>At Fastned, you'll be working in a fast-growing European company listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange, where people roll up their sleeves and seize opportunities wherever they come. A keen eye for detail and critical thinking will help you keep our financial records up to date and accurate.
