<div> You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Electricity Settlement team, with a strong focus on developing team members, driving process improvements, and ensuring high performance against internal and industry KPIs. The role spans both our Non-Half Hourly (NHH) and Half Hourly (HH) portfolios and plays a critical part in supporting our business as we prepare for qualification under the new Market-Wide Half Hourly (MHHS) settlement reforms. You will lead a team of operations executives, manage training, performance and wellbeing, and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners including metering agents, third-party intermediaries (TPIs), system developers, and regulatory bodies such as Elexon, Ofgem, and the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ).In addition to people leadership, you’ll take a hands-on role in analysing meter portfolios to identify Smart Meter opportunities, supporting strategic projects, and continuously seeking operational efficiencies.
