This is made possible by the team’s open and collaborative approach to dialogue and creative thinking and our shared ambition to collectively, achieve great things.<h2>The Role</h2>In line with the continuing growth of our business in the UK and internationally, we are seeking a Senior Bid Executive to join our collaborative team and take a leading role in the bid process, content creation and other associated work-winning activities at Cundall. The role will include leading the delivery of a variety of bids, collaborating with the wider bid and marketing teams and some of the best, most innovative engineers in the world to deliver exceptional written content, ensuring adherence to our house style and approved methods of working. You will also be integral in driving the global bid strategy, processes and procedures and making recommendations for improvement to the Bid Manager and wider senior leadership team, so will be comfortable with working with colleagues across all levels of the business.<h2>The Skills</h2>Degree-qualified, and APMP Practitioner accredited, with significant experience in a bid management role, you have also proven yourself in professional services and/or a relevant consultancy and know what it takes to work successfully in a complex, multi-site and fast-paced environment. A team player, you have demonstrated your ability to think and work strategically and to coordinate closely with multiple stakeholders to achieve objectives. Crucially, you have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and have a proven track-record of working with a number of industry-standard programmes (MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Bluebeam Revu etc). Experience of working in the built environment sector would be advantageous. Job Description Your career at Cundall We know that to be the best at what we do we need a diverse workforce underpinned by an inclusive culture.
