AMP Robotics is hiring a NetSuite Administrator reporting to the Head of IT to focus on Supporting our Financial and Operations teams in day to day activities and tactical NetSuite activities.   Create strategic partnerships within these business groups to leverage subject matter expertise and drive process improvements.  This position will be responsible for evolving current processes, developing new enhancements, working with third-party vendors, and owning the evolution of the NetSuite platform.

As our NetSuite Administrator, you will work to:

  • Serve as system owner of NetSuite ERP and eCommerce systems.
  • Acts as a resource for the Finance and Operations teams to help manage new technology integrations and purchase decisions.
  • Administration and support of the NetSuite platform including user setup, license management, roles, and workflow configurations.
  • Create regular reporting, presentations and roadmaps for the progress against plans, tasks, and future state suggestions.
  • Identify areas of improvement and coordinate with stakeholders and affected groups to identify risks, create process improvement plans, gain executive management and complete process improvement plans.
  • Interpret, monitor, and analyze data to resolve inconsistencies in non-routine research/data.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve and track NetSuite end-user IT requests.
  • Stay current on upcoming releases and communicate changes/enhancements to the business.
  • Facilitate testing company-wide for ongoing system validation.
  • Create and maintain user training.  Perform internal-team NetSuite training.

The successful candidate will have:

Required:

  • 5 years hands on experience with NetSuite customizations and data migrations, ideally within a high-growth business and manufacturing environment.  
  • Work independently and as a member of the technology team.
  • Work on multiple projects, in shifting priorities.
  • Experience executing with the ability to oversee NetSuite development for integration, implementation, and testing.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues.
  • Can provide on-going systems and technical support for the NetSuite system.
  • Ability to reasonably estimate the time for tasks and then meet deadlines set by those estimates;  ability to quickly and effectively prioritize multiple requests.
  • Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit, and reporting.
  • Can exercise strong problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking.
  • Communicate issues, enhancements, and ROI with the Business and Senior leadership.

Preferred: 

  • Startup experience.
  • 3rd-party experience with CLM and Expense Tracking.
  • Familiarity with financial / software / manufacturing industry regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with process models and methodologies a plus, e.g. Agile, ITIL.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business related or computer science specialty or equivalent business experience.
  • Certified NetSuite Administrator (Advanced Administration preferred).
  • NetSuite ERP program with prior experience with NetSuite CRM and eCommerce.

Salary & Compensation Information: $106,000 - $113,000 depending on experience.

Benefits Information:

  • Medical - The company covers up 85% to 100% of the premium for Cigna healthcare plans depending on the selection. Employees pay the difference in premium if they select a more expensive plan. Up to 75% for dependents. 
  • Dental, Vision, Short and Long Term Disability.
  • 401(k) retirement plan (non-matching).
  • 14 days PTO and 6 paid sick days.
  • Nine (9) paid holidays – 7 company designated and 2 floating holidays. (salaried employees only).
