<div><div>We're the global leader in providing energy solutions that help businesses grow and communities thrive.</div></div><div><div><div><div>We work as a team and we’re proud of the difference we make to customers, to local communities, and towards a sustainable future for the world. We’re looking for a Facilities Executive for our business in Singapore and the main job function is to ensure all facilities installations, renovations and maintenance work are carried out properly and safely on site.             Why Aggreko?<ul><li>Competitive compensation package &amp; annual bonus program</li><li>Industry-leading benefit plans</li><li>Continuous training and development with career growth opportunities</li><li>Safety-focused culture</li></ul>What you’ll do: <ul><li>Manage the day-to-day functioning of the facility, ensuring all systems, equipment, and infrastructure operate efficiently while performing minor repairs when needed.</li><li>Regularly inspect equipment, identify potential risks, implement necessary safety measures, and promptly report any issues that may impact operations.</li><li>Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive preventive maintenance policies to ensure the longevity and reliability of critical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.</li><li>Ensure the facility adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting risk assessments and implementing emergency preparedness procedures.</li><li>Oversee contracts with external service providers, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and landscaping, ensuring services meet quality and compliance standards.</li><li>Plan and optimize space usage, oversee office layouts and relocations, and manage building projects or renovations to enhance functionality and efficiency.</li><li>Develop and monitor budgets for facility operations, maintenance, and upgrades while identifying cost-effective solutions to optimize resources and reduce expenses.</li><li>Implement eco-friendly practices, promote energy-efficient solutions, and introduce sustainability programs to minimize the facility's environmental impact and operational costs.</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Min 8 years relevant working experience.</li><li>Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services</li><li>Whole facility maintenance and line set up and machinery troubleshooting</li><li>Has practical knowledge of common facilities operations e.g. air-conditioning system, compressors and electrical system, and able to perform simple trouble-shooting activities on breakdowns.</li><li>Ability to work independently</li><li>Ability to communicate with all functions and levels.</li><li>Ability to plan and organize effectively and efficiently.</li><li>Ability to take initiatives and propose improvements.</li></ul>Find out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
