This role will support the effective implementation of QHSE policies and procedures and assist in driving a safe work culture of QHSE at depot and site locations across Malaysia.             Why Aggreko?<ul><li>Competitive compensation package &amp; annual bonus program</li><li>Industry-leading benefit plans</li><li>Continuous training and development with career growth opportunities</li><li>Safety-focused culture</li></ul>What you’ll do: <ul><li>Assist in implementing QHSE policies and processes, ensuring adherence to local Malaysian legislation and Aggreko's internal standards.</li><li>Build and maintain effective relationships with sites and depots, addressing QHSE issues and providing expert advice to all staff levels.</li><li>Monitor and support the execution of safe work processes and ensure Safe Work Method Statements are in place across all Aggreko locations.</li><li>Assist in the completion of QHSE-related aspects for project tenders.</li><li>Support incident investigations, assist in producing safety alerts, and conduct comprehensive risk assessments.</li><li>Deliver QHSE training and conduct inductions for new and existing employees.</li><li>Assist with rehabilitation and return-to-work processes.</li><li>Handle all scheduled waste reporting to DOE and annual DOSH reporting, along with other Malaysian regulatory requirements.</li><li>Support, coordinate, and maintain all QHSE-related license applications for Malaysia.</li><li>Proactively identify and implement ongoing QHSE improvements in collaboration with the HSE Specialist for Asia</li><li>Support any other relevant duties assigned by reporting or company</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Degree in relevant field highly preferred</li><li>Willing to travel within Malaysia for multiple projects and operational sites</li><li>DOSH certified Safety and Health Officer (Green book)</li><li>Completed OSH coordinator course and able register as OSH coordinator for Malaysia JB Depot into DOSH myKKP.</li><li>Possesses certifications in Health and Safety from Malaysian DOSH/DOE/BOMBA, including OSH Coordinator, Scheduled Waste Training, and CERT/First Aid courses.</li><li>Able to register as an OSH Coordinator for the Malaysia JB Depot within DOSH myKKP.</li><li>Leads and is responsible for the Depot's monthly scheduled waste reporting to DOE.</li><li>Possesses a solid understanding of Malaysia's OSH requirements (DOSH), environmental regulations (DOE), and Fire Safety Regulations (BOMBA).</li><li>Has a solid understanding and application of local regulations and compliance, preferably as a trained system auditor with prior auditing experience.</li><li>Experienced with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.</li><li>Computer literate with MS Office proficiency, effective administrator, well-organized, methodical, and capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision.</li><li>Possesses effective communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, planning and organizing skills, and meticulous attention to detail.</li></ul>Find out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
