You will classify and organize all qualification documents used by the sales department for bidding.2. You will organize and improve the Sales Reference List.3. You will assist sales in completing the filling and approval of various paper application forms.4. You will develop a visual bidding process operation manual based on the bidding process requirements of each bidding platform.5. You will assist sales personnel in completing a series of tasks related to customer reception, such as booking traffic car, booking hotel, booking restaurant, booking conference room, preparing meeting documents, assisting in meetings, guiding and accompanying customers, and leading customers to visit factories.6. You will do other miscellaneous work to assist sales.7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.8.
