<div>SC Quality Analyst</div><div><br></div><div>ABOUT THE POSITION</div><div>As a Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in the Non-conformance product and service management program helping to review, resolve and escalate Non-conformances across the various products, services, and regions. The Quality Engineering plays a key role in Root Cause Analysis and supporting Quality Engineering programs development and implementation.</div><div>This position will report directly to the <a href="http://Sr.Manager">Sr.Manager</a>, supply chain and Analytics. </div><div><br></div><div>Key Responsibilities</div><div>•Key point of contact for Non-conformances reports for status and escalation.</div><div>•Support NCR resolution as need it.</div><div>•Support Root Cause Analysis.</div><div>•Supports NCC and COPQ analysis.</div><div>•Work with Manufacturing Engineers,  Supplier Quality Engineers , Logistics leaders and Design Engineers in resolving NCRs and tracking RCA’s and CAPA’s.</div><div>•Generate NCR reports and anlayze data in order to determine priorities for improvement.</div><div>•Actively participate in Tiger Teams to implement improvements. </div><div>•Assist in Implementing Quality Engineering programs at Fluence</div><div>•Support Quality Management System (process development, creating and editing new and existing SOPs). </div><div>•Support FMEA, Control plans and other core quality tool development and implementation.</div><div>•Manage quality KPIs and reports the status of KPIs and initiatives to leadership.</div><div>•Manage and build/support quality dashboards using basic reporting techniques.</div><div><br></div><div>What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence?</div><div>•Ownership, autonomy and customer service focus </div><div>•Detailed oriented </div><div>•Strong verbal and written communication skills required </div><div>•Bachelor's of Science in Engineering required. </div><div>•Working knowledge of electrical systems; power system experience preferred.</div><div>•Demonstrated experience in problem solving techniques such as 8D and/or PDCA</div><div>•Demonstrated experience in root cause analysis tools such as 5 WHY’s and Cause and Effect Diagram.</div><div>•Demonstrated experience in FMEA, control plans and other core quality tools development.</div><div>•Knowledge of ISO 9001.</div><div>•Knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement preferred. </div><br><br><br>
