We are seeking a full-time Supply Chain Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in Utrecht as a maternity cover for a 6 month contract. The EU Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for the movement of our bikes, accessories, and spare parts into and throughout the EU/UK. This individual will be the key point of contact with our warehouse & distribution centers. Additionally, you will work closely with our Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Finance, Retail, and Product teams locally and internationally. 

Why You’re Rad (about you):

  • 3+ years of experience in inventory and warehousing operational processes
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory planning processes, with spare parts & component planning preferable
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating perpetual cycle counts, resolving inventory discrepancies, and creating & reviewing inventory report metrics to make recommendations for improvements
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making, and comfort with financial and operational analysis
  • Ability to multitask and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to take on new responsibilities and work outside standard office hours

Additional Requirements:

  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Be able to adjust to business in multiple time zones (EU, USA, Asia)

You get bonus points for:

  • Inventory training or technical certification
  • Fluency in other languages

Had you been with us last month, you would have:

  • Managed the process of cycle counting and partnering with the inventory control analysts
  • Been the liaison between a Fulfillment center and Operations team for day-to-day processes
  • Identified opportunities to lower costs and increase efficiencies, while maintaining an agreed upon target support levels for our customers
  • Balanced competing demands for resources and adapted to changing priorities, working independently with precise detail and follow-up reporting
  • Worked with the Marketing and Customer Experience teams to develop and refine campaigns and resolve delivery issues 
  • Assisted with special projects as needed
