This role is to support the business structure of an organization by collaborating with the HR department and our HR shared services. Leads, directs and/or performs various assignments in one or more of the following functional areas: organizational design, workforce planning, compensation, benefits, labor relations, learning, employee development, staffing, diversity and compliance.
