In this role, you will oversee the planning, design, and execution of large-scale training initiatives that enable our global workforce to adopt and leverage enterprise systems and technologies (e.g., SAP, Dassault Systèmes, MES, Atlassian, AI tools, Software Development platforms). You will be responsible for building scalable frameworks, setting governance standards, and ensuring training outcomes align with organizational objectives. This role requires a balance of program management expertise, change management skills, and a strong ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across regions and business units.
