This role will drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, in-house ML/LLM models, and broader AI enablement initiatives. You will be responsible for translating complex AI concepts into accessible, actionable learning experiences that empower employees to responsibly and effectively leverage AI in their daily work.  This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, instructional design expertise, and the ability to drive cultural change around AI adoption across the organization.  You will <ul><li>Develop and deliver engaging training programs on AI tools (e.g., Copilot, custom ML/LLM applications, etc.). </li></ul><ul><li>Create scalable learning assets (e-learning modules, microlearning, toolkits, job aids, and live workshops) tailored for global audiences. </li></ul><ul><li>Partner with AI/ML teams, IT, and business leaders to align training content with enterprise AI strategy and implementation roadmaps. </li></ul><ul><li>Deliver training sessions through multiple modalities: classroom instruction, virtual sessions, one-on-one coaching, and self-paced learning modules. </li></ul><ul><li>Lead AI literacy initiatives to ensure employees understand the opportunities, risks, and responsible use of AI across functions. </li></ul><ul><li>Develop and maintain training schedules to support new users’ onboarding and ongoing skill development. </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain training environments and demo systems to support hands-on learning experiences. </li></ul><ul><li>Provide technical guidance during training sessions and troubleshoot user issues. </li></ul><ul><li>Develop metrics to measure training effectiveness, user adoption, and competency development. </li><li>Stay current on emerging AI tools, trends, and ethical considerations to keep training programs relevant and forward-looking. </li></ul>You bring <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Education, Learning &amp; Development, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). </li></ul><ul><li>5+ years of experience in systems training, instructional design, or enterprise technology enablement, with a strong focus on new/emerging technologies. </li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, generative AI platforms, ML/LLM fundamentals, and their applications in the workplace. </li></ul><ul><li>3+ years of experience in technical training, adult education, or knowledge transfer roles. </li></ul><ul><li>Expertise with LMS platforms, authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia, etc.), and emerging learning technologies. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience driving the adoption of new technologies in enterprise environments, including influencing cultural and behavioral change. </li></ul><ul><li>Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning materials. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent written communication skills for creating clear, comprehensive documentation. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with agile development methodologies. </li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment where priorities shift quickly, delivering high-quality training solutions under tight deadlines while maintaining excellence standards in our exciting, high-growth organization. </li></ul> The position will report to the Global Systems Training Manager at the Lucid Phoenix Hub in Phoenix, AZ. This position requires the ability to work collaboratively across time zones and may involve occasional travel for system implementations or stakeholder meetings. <div> </div><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
