If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.</div></div> We are seeking an experienced Sr. Systems Training Specialist to lead our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) training initiatives with a specialized focus on Ignition platforms.  This role will be responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining comprehensive training programs that enable our organization to maximize the value of our MES/SCADA investment and drive user adoption across engineering, manufacturing, and business teams.  This role is critical in enabling global teams to adopt and optimize enterprise systems, driving operational excellence and innovation across the organization.  You will  <ul><li>Design and develop comprehensive training curricula for MES/SCADA platforms (e.g., Ignition, Rockwell, Information Management Systems, etc.). </li><li>Create engaging training materials, including user guides, video tutorials, hands-on exercises, and assessment tools. </li><li>Partner with MES/SCADA administrators, engineering managers, and business leaders to identify training needs. </li><li>Deliver training sessions through multiple modalities: classroom instruction, virtual sessions, one-on-one coaching, and self-paced learning modules. </li><li>Customize training content based on role-specific needs across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and business functions. </li><li>Develop and maintain training schedules to support new users’ onboarding and ongoing skill development. </li><li>Maintain training environments and demo systems to support hands-on learning experiences. </li><li>Provide technical guidance during training sessions and troubleshoot user issues. </li><li>Develop metrics to measure training effectiveness, user adoption, and competency development. </li><li>Benchmark training programs against industry standards and implement improvements. </li></ul>You bring <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related technical field. </li><li>3+ years of hands-on experience with Ignition or other comparable MES/SCADA platforms. </li><li>Familiarity with manufacturing processes and how MES/SCADA supports operations. </li><li>3+ years of experience in technical training, adult education, or knowledge transfer roles. </li><li>Expertise with LMS platforms, authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia, etc.), and emerging learning technologies. </li><li>Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning materials. </li><li>Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. </li><li>Excellent written communication skills for creating clear, comprehensive documentation. </li><li>Ignition and Rockwell certifications preferred. </li><li>Experience with agile development methodologies. </li><li>Training, instructional design, and data analytics certifications are a plus. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment where priorities shift quickly, delivering high-quality training solutions under tight deadlines while maintaining excellence standards in our exciting, high-growth organization. </li></ul> The position will report to the Global Systems Training Manager at the Lucid Phoenix Hub in Phoenix, AZ. This position requires the ability to work collaboratively across time zones and may involve occasional travel for system implementations or stakeholder meetings. <div> </div><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
