ICEYE is a place where your development, your growth and your success is a priority. What will you do in this role? In this role you will be responsible for selling ICEYE’s suite of Natural Catastrophe Solutions into UK and European banks.Primary responsibilities will include:<ul> <li>Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key enterprise customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.</li> <li>Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling relevant solutions and services aligned with customer needs and long-term goals.</li> <li>Understand client business goals and ensure alignment between client expectations and company deliverables to maximize satisfaction and retention.</li> <li>You will work closely with Customer Success Team to coordinate internal resources to meet customer requirements and ensure successful delivery of services, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization.</li> <li>You will work closely with sales leadership team to create and execute strategic account plans for your region and key clients, including forecasting, budgeting, and business reviews to track performance and drive growth.</li> <li>You will work closely with the business development and marketing to coordinate account based marketing campaigns and increase lead generation</li> <li>Analyse account performance using key metrics and provide regular reports and insights to both internal stakeholders and client decision-makers.</li> <li>Resolve complex issues quickly and effectively, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.</li> </ul>RequirementsWho you are likely to be<ul> <li>Working for a banking lending software or lending data vendor in sales or customer success role, with deep exposure as to how banks use data to improve lending and manage risk</li> <li>Work at a climate analytics or data company in a sales or customer success role, with deep experience in how banks are using climate data</li> <li>Working at manager level in the banking practice of a "big four" or similar consultancy</li> <li>Work at a bank with responsibilities for the definition of lending strategy and their operationalisation in lending software</li> <li>Work at a bank with responsibilities for customer experience strategy and the operationalisation of data in customer facing apps </li> </ul>What will you need to be successful in this role?Required<ul> <li>Passionate about developing new markets, selling solutions, building relationships and helping colleagues and clients to solve complex problems</li> <li>Proven track record of working for banks in relevant areas or of selling into banks.
