Karen Clark &amp; Company seeks a full-time Human Resources Generalist in our Boston office. If you are looking to apply your HR expertise to establish scalable processes and to grow a rapidly expanding professional services organization, this may be your next great career opportunity.This position will be responsible for planning and implementing human resource policies and programs, benefits administration, recruiting, employee onboarding, payroll, and expense management.Expected Salary Range: $65,000-$90,000Responsibilities<ul><li>Administer and coordinate all benefit programs, employee orientation programs, onboarding, and training</li><li>Plan and conduct recruiting activities and keep recruitment websites up to date</li><li>Schedule interviews and conduct pre-interview screenings</li><li>Maintain employee records, including PTO, commission, and expense reports</li><li>Process bi-weekly payroll</li><li>Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable federal and state requirements</li><li>Complete periodic surveys, such as the annual census and workers compensation</li><li>Provide accounting assistance by verifying, preparing, and tracking AP and AR invoices</li><li>Organize and coordinate day-to-day administrative duties and office procedures</li><li>Organize periodic office social events and manage off-site client events</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>At least 2 years of experience in human resources or in an administrative role with an emphasis on human resources</li><li>BA or BS degree</li><li>Familiarity with local, state, and federal employment related laws</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to act with professionalism and integrity and maintain confidentiality</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook</li><li>QuickBooks experience preferred</li></ul>
