For almost four decades, our Geothermal Heat Pumps, Water Source Heat Pumps, and Heat Recovery Chillers have been reducing energy usage consumption and increasing comfort in buildings around the world.</p><p> </p><p><span style="font-weight:bold;"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Our Purpose</span></span><br>To transform the way we use energy, protect resources for future generations, and give people the freedom to focus on life.</p><p> </p><p>At WaterFurnace, we are looking for experienced and ambitious workers and, in return, we are offer a <span style="font-weight:bold;">new STARTING WAGE OF up to $20.00/hour (or more depending on experience).</span></p><p> </p><p>We also offer a facility that is CLIMATE CONTROLLED, in addition to: </p><ul><li>Double time paid after 48 hours worked</li><li>Employee bonus program - up to 5% of your GROSS wages (dependent upon the overall performance of the company)</li><li>Attendance bonus - up to $660 annually for entire year</li><li>Paid Time Off &amp; Holidays</li><li>401K Plan with employer match up to 4%</li><li>Group Health Insurance Plan with no deductibles</li><li>Tuition reimbursement after 6 months of employment</li><li>Company events for yourself and your family</li></ul><p> </p><p>Our Assemblers combine their skills and efforts in a team environment.</p><p> </p><p>Your accountabilities will include the following:</p><ul><li>Use powered hand tools, brazing torch, lift tables, hand-held scanner.</li><li>Install copper tubing, wiring, and sheet metal panels.</li><li>Cross-train on different assembly stations.</li><li>Communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers to achieve shared goals.</li><li>Schedule: Monday through Thursday from 5:00am – 3:30pm</li><li>Overtime as necessary</li></ul><p> </p><p>A high school diploma or GED is required.  </p></div></div>
