DescriptionWe are currently seeking an eager and motivated Welder to join our dynamic team for a project at the Red Deer location. As an Welder, you will assist with the fabrication and assembly of components for various solar projects, using your hands-on experience and working with experienced professionals. Responsibilities<ul><li>Measure, fitting and fabrication tasks, with precision and quality</li><li>Operate equipment, overhead crane, plasma cutter, bandsaw, and standard welding tools</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment</li><li>Report any issues or potential hazards to the Welding Supervisor</li><li>Follow company policies and procedures regarding work processes and safety</li></ul> Requirements<ul><li> Experience with MIG welding, and interpreting blueprints/engineered drawings</li><li> Journeyman by hand is preferred but experience and skill will be accepted</li><li> Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs</li><li> Attention to detail and a commitment to quality</li><li> Understanding of basic safety practices and willingness to follow safety protocols</li><li> Flexibility to work additional hours, including overtime, as project demands require</li></ul></div></div>
