In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our HR Business Partners and the wider HR team to deliver comprehensive support across the full employee lifecycle. From recruitment and employee relations to development, payroll, talent management, engagement, and offboarding—you’ll be a key player in shaping our people experience. You’ll take ownership of first-line management for absence and ER casework, offering expert guidance, coaching, and support to stakeholders. We’re a hands-on, close-knit team, so this role is perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, engaging with colleagues on the shop floor, and driving meaningful change every day.Please note: This is a site-based role, working five days a week at our Sheffield location. About You We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
