You’ll collaborate closely with business units, executives, and cross-functional teams to develop and implement campaigns that enhance EPE’s brand presence, drive engagement, and support business growth. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented marketer with proven experience in managing multiple projects, leading initiatives from concept to completion, and mentoring junior team members.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><h2>Join us in leading the change!</h2><h3>Marketing Strategy &amp; Leadership</h3><ul> <li>Partner with the Marketing Lead to develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies that align with company goals and industry trends.</li> <li>Lead the creation and execution of campaigns from concept to delivery, including content strategy, creative development, and performance measurement.</li> <li>Serve as a mentor to junior marketing team members, providing guidance on best practices, processes, and professional growth.</li> <li>Contribute innovative ideas to enhance brand positioning, storytelling, and market engagement.</li> <li>Ensure brand integrity by overseeing the application of EPE’s brand standards across all materials and platforms.</li></ul><h3>Marketing Team Collaboration</h3><ul> <li>Support marketing initiatives on ideating, planning, scheduling and implementing, working closely with the team to ensure deliverables, goals and deadlines are met.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Marketing team, business development, operations and executive leadership to create and update marketing materials, design projects, presentations and reports.</li> <li>Partner with the Marketing lead, team and internal clients on key projects, initiatives and process improvements.</li> <li>Leverage understanding and branding and design best practices; use EPE brand guide to ensure brand consistency across all content and marketing materials.</li> <li>Innovate to bring fresh marketing ideas and best practices to Marketing team for continual improvement and cutting-edge best practice adoption.</li> <li>Oversee the planning and execution of high-impact events, including tradeshows, conferences, and client-hosted gatherings, ensuring alignment with business development goals.</li></ul><h3>Business Unit Support</h3><ul> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional team members to meet business unit needs.</li> <li>Engage with business unit staff on email marketing and other campaigns; help create and implement audience engagement campaigns leveraging Salesforce and Hubspot.</li> <li>Track, analyze, and report on key marketing performance metrics, using insights to refine and optimize strategies.</li> <li>Lead the development of compelling, high-quality content including case studies, thought leadership articles, presentations, sales enablement collateral, advertising, and digital assets.</li> <li>Optimize website content through content development and design best practices.</li> <li>Create social media schedule, post content, monitor and respond to posts, and assist with generating ideas for posting on social media sites.</li> <li>Assist with event planning such as designing promotional material.</li> <li>Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, collateral and giveaways.</li> <li>Support proactive storytelling, messaging, brand and leadership positioning initiatives.</li> <li>Review and critique content to boost quality assurance and ensure content strategy and standards are met in practice.</li> <li>Track performance metrics for digital advertising, email marketing and web traffic. Leverage data to inform high-performing campaigns and content creation.</li> <li>Engage with internal and external Marketing &amp; Communications consultants/support resources as applicable to advance marketing goals and complete deliverables.</li> <li>Support market research efforts; help monitor for and identify industry or marketing trends and/or available data that may present opportunities to EPE from a business perspective.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><h2>Bring your passion, here's what’s needed:</h2><h3>Requirements</h3><ul> <li>5+ years of marketing experience, with demonstrated success in managing campaigns, content creation, and brand initiatives.</li> <li>Excellent communication, organizational, collaboration and time management skills.</li> <li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools/software, including Salesforce and Adobe Suite for graphic design and content creation.</li> <li>Experience with marketing platforms, including web, social media and other digital assets. </li> <li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.</li> <li>Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment.</li> <li>Proven ability to lead projects from strategy to execution with minimal supervision.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, communications or related field.</li> <li>Experience in B2B marketing within the energy, engineering, or technology sectors.</li> <li>Proven experience in marketing and an administrative or operational role.</li> <li>Google analytics experience a plus.
