Senior Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst for Rad Power Bikes to play a critical role in analyzing and evaluating policies, processes, and systems within the organization to determine the most effective methods of accomplishing projects and work. You will be responsible for conducting research and study of a variety of operational, procedural, and business issues with the objective of improving business and operational effectiveness. Work will include working independently and within team environments to gather and analyze business requirements, determine program or system needs, user stories translation and minimum viable products within projects defining scope and need.

Why You’re Rad (about you):

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst role
• Identify and analyze business inputs to determine inefficiencies, weaknesses, and opportunities; provide recommendations for corrective measures.
• Develop and guide implementation of process improvements, data capture and visualization tools, and system upgrades and improvements.
• Design performance feedback systems and visual management tools to assess the resolution of business process deficiencies.
• Prepare reports, flow charts, organizational charts, graphs, and other documents and visualizations to summarize findings, learnings, and recommendations; present to stakeholders.
• Implement or assist in implementation of identified solutions; work with vendors and other external resources where required to ensure successful problem resolution.
• Coordinate new systems into the work area and train users in new systems and methods.
• Assist with other projects as needed.

Additional Requirements

• Preferred experience as a business analyst or in analysis-based roles.
• Knowledge of analysis, design, and development of a variety of business systems
• Knowledge of performance auditing and quality assurance management concepts and tools
• Knowledge of project management techniques and methodologies
• Knowledge of group dynamics and change management
• Knowledge of statistical concepts and theories
• Skill in leading process improvement workshops
• Skill or experience in conducting research and analysis
