AECOM is currently seeking an experienced CEI Project Administrator to support various transportation design-build projects throughout the Jacksonville, Florida area.Responsibilities: <ul><li>Receive general instructions regarding assignments and exercise initiative and independent judgment in solving work problems related to transportation engineering and construction projects</li><li>Direct and assign specific tasks to administrative and field staff, assisting in all phases of the construction project</li><li>Prepare and review progress estimates and final estimates throughout the construction project duration</li><li>Communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing) with team members, clients, and stakeholders</li><li>Conduct work requiring independent evaluation, selection, adaptation, and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria</li><li>Manage projects of substantial complexity, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards</li><li>Assume lead responsibilities for a team of engineers and professional support personnel when required</li><li>Coordinate with various departments and external agencies to ensure smooth project execution</li><li>Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies</li><li>Participate in project meetings and represent the company in client interactions</li><li>Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, correspondence, and technical submittals</li><li>Assist in the preparation of contract documents, change orders, and claims analysis</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department and organization</li><li>Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on technical and professional development</li></ul>
