What we’re looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to assist with our customer acquisition efforts of our community solar product. Arcadia’s community solar offering is a game changer, giving customers a simple, easy, and affordable way to choose renewable energy by connecting their home to local solar farms at no additional cost with guaranteed monthly savings. 

Our consumer marketing efforts are critical to our ability to be able to achieve our corporate goals, and our affiliate program is one of our most impactful and important channels within our marketing mix. Our ability to effectively scale the quantity and quality of our affiliate marketing partnerships is a core goal for our business in 2022 and beyond. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will be a key player in the application of our approach, leading the strategy development and execution process from end to end. They will also gain valuable hands-on experience in driving measurable impact on the company’s bottom line, and serve as the resident expert of our affiliate marketing approach. 

The ideal candidate has proven experience managing the day to day execution of effective digital marketing campaigns and possesses the ability to thrive in a fast paced startup environment. In this role they will be owning and expanding our affiliate efforts, executing on our affiliate marketing strategy while working with key cross-functional partners to analyze and optimize our approach to increase effectiveness.

What you'll do:

  • Own and build pipeline for new digital partnerships, developing the affiliate marketing strategy and identify opportunities for extracting greater value
  • Consistently deliver and exceed customer acquisition goals while maintaining an efficient CAC
  • Project manage new consumer marketing campaigns and from ideation to launch across paid and affiliate channels
  • Work closely with broader marketing team to develop new campaigns to help delivery on Arcadia’s acquisition goals
  • Initiate and oversee day to day management of publishers, contracts, implementations, campaigns, and tracking performance
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve current channel efficiency through testing and optimization
  • Liaise with creative team on affiliate comms strategy, opportunities and optimizations

Must-haves:

  • BA/BS degree or similar college-level education
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing digital, ideally with past success with affiliate marketing, publisher acquisition, e-commerce, account management, customer acquisition, paid media or performance marketing
  • Experience improving performance of digital marketing campaigns through optimization, automation, and creative
  • Strong communicator (written and verbal), negotiator and self-starter that is able to work in a fast environment to get things done
  • Able to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and work under pressure 
  • Eager to learn fast, be creative, and win as a team
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset -- you anticipate and plan for future challenges 
  • Passion for our mission, sustainability, and helping drive a clean-energy future

Nice-to-haves:

  • Prior experience managing optimizing a portfolio of display, paid search and social accounts/campaigns
  • Relevant experience at & learnings from both startup and mature, best-in-class organizations, with a preference for building within early-stage companies 
  • Relevant experience in a highly regulated industry (e.g. healthcare)
