What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a Client Success Manager, Enterprise Solutions to work with current and future enterprise customers to ensure their long-term success on Arcadia’s Developer Platform. You will build relationships with and work closely with each Developer Platform customer to understand pain points, communicate future platform plans, and ensure the continued success of the customer’s use of Arcadia’s platform. You will also identify opportunities to grow each customer’s use of the platform, and bring insight into new programs. It will be important to work with our product and engineering teams to have a full understanding of our platform capabilities and our future roadmap, as well as document and communicate any bugs within the platform. We will also want you to work with the rest of the Enterprise Solutions team to identify and propose sensible additions to our platform. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, balances competing priorities well, builds processes for scale, and collaborates with cross-functional leaders/subject matter experts (both customers and within Arcadia). 

The rapidly-growing Enterprise Solutions team is responsible for building and growing Arcadia’s Developer Platform business. The Enterprise Solutions team leads go-to-market planning and implementation, full sales cycle management, solution design, technical scoping, and implementation for our Enterprise customers. Our enterprise customers are operating in energy or energy-adjacent sectors (i.e. leading EV companies, solar companies/other DER providers, energy services providers) and Arcadia’s one of a kind platform allows them to enhance the value of their own products and services by offering access to unique utility data, energy analytics, bundled utility billing, and energy services solutions. 

This role can be based in Washington, D.C., New York, or remote.

What you'll do:

  • Work directly with Arcadia Developer Platform customers to build and nurture relationships, understand their individual integrations with the platform and how to improve those integrations over time
  • Document any and all customer issues with the platform and coordinate and collaborate with Arcadia Product and Engineering teams to ensure issues are prioritized and resolved 
  • Collaborate with Arcadia Product and Engineering teams to build out product roadmap for the developer platform using feedback from customers
  • Identify creative solutions and opportunities for integration expansion for enterprise customers
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Program Management teams to gain a deep understanding of each customer’s sales process and implementation plan to ensure a smooth transition once each customer is live on the platform
  • Work with the Chief Commercial Officer, Developer Platform GM, and VP, Enterprise Solutions to establish key success metrics for each customer and communicate progress against those metrics with both customers and internal stakeholders
  • Partner with Operations to lead the buildout of the Client Success function within Arcadia’s wider Commercial team

Must-haves:

  • BA/BS degree or similar college-level education; in lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of enterprise client success or account management work experience; technical background preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Active, empathetic listening skills and curiosity to develop, respond to, and champion a deep, nuanced understanding of our customers and their needs
  • Exceptional attention to detail and process orientation
  • Ability to collaborate across departments to execute requests against tight deadlines
  • Positive, team-first attitude and track record of being an invaluable partner to salespeople, engagement managers, and other colleagues
  • Proficiency with project management and business management tools
  • Passion for our mission, sustainability, and helping drive a renewable energy future
  • Experience in the energy industry preferred but not required
