Responsibilities / TasksWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead our Electrical Engineering &amp; Automation team. This role is ideal for a technical leader with a strong background in electrical and automation systems, preferably within the dairy, food &amp; beverage process industries.<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Lead and develop the Electric &amp; Automation team.</li><li>Deliver services for full-scope projects, single machines, and on-site service activities.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and needs.</li><li>Plan and schedule multiple projects, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.</li><li>Track progress of electrical and automation projects, ensuring timely completion.</li><li>Review system designs, providing feedback and suggestions to engineers.</li><li>Manage internal and external resources throughout all project phases.</li><li>Stay updated on developments in electrical and automation technologies.</li><li>Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve business efficiency.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely reporting locally and internationally.</li><li>Provide active support for equipment and process-related on-site services.</li><li>Foster cross-functional and international collaboration.</li><li>Support sales activities during proposal and project definition stages.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in a technical leadership role, with at least 5 years focused on electrical and/or automation systems (preferably in dairy, food &amp; beverage process industries).</li><li>Familiarity with electrical and automation standards; ability to work with global technology centers.</li><li>Experience managing all phases of electrical and automation projects: concept design, hardware design, software development, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and optimization.</li><li>Proven expertise in developing and implementing automation systems.</li><li>Self-motivated, result-oriented, and flexible.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.</li><li>Excellent command of MS Office applications.</li><li>Good command of written and spoken English (B2/C1 level).</li><li>No restriction for travel.</li><li>No military obligation (for male candidates).</li><li>Solid understanding of health and safety practices.</li></ul>​Please note: Only applications submitted in English will be considered.
