Now, we are looking for a skilled Logistics Specialist to strengthen our team in Ukraine.Responsibilities / Tasks<h3>Main Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Collaborating with sales managers on logistics matters (requests, communication, consulting)</li><li>Processing and verifying supplier documents (invoices, delivery notes, packing lists, CMR, etc.)</li><li>Preparing and submitting documentation for customs brokers, supporting customs clearance</li><li>Organizing courier deliveries from suppliers in Europe and monitoring shipments</li><li>Coordinating road transport deliveries from Europe with freight forwarders</li><li>Managing relationships with transport, courier, and forwarding companies</li><li>Cooperating with warehouse staff: customs clearance, storage, and shipments to customers</li><li>Handling other logistics-related tasks</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<h3>Education &amp; Experience:</h3><ul><li>Higher education in Economics, Management, Logistics, or International Trade</li><li>At least 3 years’ experience as a Logistics Manager, Foreign Trade Manager, or Customs Broker</li><li>(Students with strong skills and motivation will also be considered)</li></ul><h3></h3><h3>Key Knowledge &amp; Skills:</h3><ul><li>Knowledge of Ukrainian customs legislation</li><li>Solid understanding of Incoterms 2020</li><li>Basics of transport logistics &amp; cargo transportation organization</li><li>Experience with international trade and supply contracts</li><li>Ability to prepare shipping documents (invoice, CMR, delivery notes)</li><li>Process optimization for delivery, storage, and shipments</li><li>Cost calculation and transport planning skills</li><li>Team player, goal- and results-oriented</li><li>Strong communication &amp; negotiation abilities</li><li>Analytical, responsible, and stress-resistant</li><li>Eager to learn, motivated, and able to multitask</li><li>Honest, punctual, and able to take responsibility  </li></ul><h3>Additional Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Driver’s license (B category, preferred) with a safe driving record</li><li>English proficiency: B1–B2 (Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate) – confident in written and spoken communication, including technical vocabulary</li><li>PC proficiency: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access); knowledge of QDPro, MD Office; advanced Excel formulas and database handling skills are an advantage</li></ul><h3></h3><h3>What We Offer:</h3><ul><li>Opportunity to work in a global leader in food and dairy technology</li><li>A dynamic and international environment with professional growth opportunities</li><li>Valuable experience in logistics, customs, and international trade</li><li>A supportive team and culture of continuous learning</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
