This role involves enhancing production efficiency, tracking First Pass Yield (FPY), monitoring error-proofing systems, and defining process parameters (soldering, dispensing, and torquing). Additionally, the engineer will be responsible for End-of-Line Testing (EOLT), driving cycle time improvements, and getting involved in the design and approval of upcoming projects and equipment. The engineer will work closely with the engineering team to reduce variation and ensure high-quality output.
